I'm Susannah Butler, an experienced commissioning editor, copyeditor, and proofreader offering professional editorial and project management services to writers, publishers, and businesses.
Having commissioned over 100 books, I pride myself on author and client care, offering the best support possible to help develop your project.
My experience is mostly in fiction and non-fiction academic publishing (Social Sciences and Humanities), but I am more than happy to discuss working on projects across genres. Publishers I have worked with include Penguin Random House, Bonnier Books, Bloomsbury, Hachette, HarperCollins, and Lived Places Publishing.
I am an accredited entry-level member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).
